Sandy Point Beach Club is primarily a timeshare resort. Offer of rental accommodation is subject to availability of unsold or unused inventory. There is no minimum rental period. The following daily rental rates apply to non-members.

GARDEN VILLA (1380 Sq ft)

Private loft bedroom with Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and covered patio. Second private loft bedroom with 4 divans and ensuite bathroom with shower. Third private bedroom on main floor with queen bed and open patio. Fourth private bedroom on main floor with 2 divans. Third bathroom with shower on main floor. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Washer/Dryer. Large patio overlooking garden and open patio on airport side. Maximum accommodation – 10 persons.

BEACH VILLA (1059 Sq Ft)

Private bedroom with Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. 2 Additional private bedrooms. Sleeping alcove for 2 persons. Second bathroom with shower. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Washer/ Dryer. Covered porch as well as open patio. BBQ Grill. Maximum accommodation – 8 persons.

COURTYARD (950 Sq Ft)

Private bedroom with Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Private bedroom with a full-sized double bed. Sleeping alcove with 4 bunk beds. Second bathroom with shower. Full kitchen. 2 small patios – 1 in front of Living room and 1 in front of 2nd bedroom. Maximum accommodation - 10 persons.

GARDEN (830 Sq Ft)

Private bedroom with Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Private bedroom with 2 single divans or a full-sized double bed. Sleeping alcove with 4 bunk beds. Second bathroom with shower. Full kitchen. Large open patio. Maximum accommodation - 8 persons.

TYPE A PLUS APART (650 Sq Ft)

Private bedroom with Queen bed, en-suite ½ bathroom (toilet & basin) in loft area. Semi-private second bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 divan bed and 1 double bed. One bathroom with shower. Full kitchen. Balcony. Maximum accommodation - 7 persons.

TYPE B PLUS - ALL APARTMENTS (570 sq ft)

Private bedroom with Queen bed, sleeping alcove with 4 bunk beds. One bathroom with shower. Full kitchen. Large open patio. Maximum accommodation - 6 persons.

STUDIO - ALL APARTMENTS (450 sq ft)

Efficiency studio. 2 Day beds, 1 roll-away bed and 1 double “Murphy” bed. Enclosed porch and open patio. Full kitchen. One bathroom with shower. Maximum accommodation - 3-4 persons.

APARTMENT LOCATION

The Garden Villa, A Plus and A Type units are all on the first floor. B Plus and B Type, Garden and Courtyard units are on the ground floor. Most Units except the Gardens have a view of the sea. Beach Villa is on the beachfront.

All our apartments come with full kitchen, a full compliment of household utensils including microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, refrigerator and 4-burner gas cooker with oven.
Studio units have 1 T.V, CD Player, DVD player, and bedside radio.
One Bedroom Units have second T.V.
Two, Three and Four Bedroom units also come with Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer.
All units are fully air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans. Safety Deposit Boxes, Iron and Ironing Boards included in all units
Cable Television with over 50 channels including well-known and popular channels are also included.
